• Sweeping and mopping all floors and skirting (furniture moved)

• Sweeping and cleaning all balconies

• Vacuum all carpets and rugs (furniture moved)

• Remove all cobwebs

• Dust all ceilings and walls

• Cleaning all inside window glass and frames

• Cleaning all blinds and shutters

• Cleaning all doors and door frames

• Dusting all furniture (including pictures, ornaments, lamps, electronics and ceiling fans)

• Clean and disinfect all plugs and light switches

• Cleaning and polishing all glass surfaces

• Cleaning all wardrobes and drawers inside and outside

• Changing all linens and towels if provided

• Flip and rotate mattresses

• Clean and tidy laundry room

• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom (including bathroom tiles)

• Clean and disinfect toilets and basins

• Wipe and disinfect kitchen (including inside and out of cupboards, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge/freezer)

• Clean all wardrobe and cupboard tops

• Clean and disinfect kitchen sink and garbage disposal 

• Empty and disinfect all bins and replace liners

• Checking all lights and light bulbs

• Hose the patio/terrace

• Vacuum the artificial grass

• Wipe and disinfect outside furniture and surfaces

• Sweep and tidy garages
