We will meet your guests at your holiday home, help with the luggage, show them around and make them feel at home.
WELCOME BASKET
We provide a welcome basket with various essential items for your holidaymakers to kick start their vacation.
SECURITY CHECK
Full peace of mind as we are fully insured key holders. This service can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We enter your property and check if everything is in order (including doors and windows, appliances, electronics and all outside areas). We will provide you with a visit report highlighting any concerns we might have. We can also attend alarm call-outs.
LETTERBOX CLEARANCE
This can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. We will empty your letter box and place the contents securely in your property in your designated area. This service has been known to discourage break-ins.
MID-HOLIDAY/HOMEOWNER RETURN CLEAN
Home arrival arrangement/Mid-holiday clean.
This includes:

Sweep and mop the floors

Vacuum the carpets and rugs

Clean and disinfect all surfaces

Empty all bins and replace liners

Re-make beds with fresh linen if provided

Dry Cleaning Service upon request

Replace towels if provided

ADVERSE WEATHER
Tenerife can be subject to Calimas, Palmeros and Terrential rain. Let OCD take care of the aftermath with our professional outdoor cleaning equipment. Visual inspection required.
PLANT CARE
Whether you have an irrigation system or your plants need manual care OCD will make sure it all runs smoothly. With expert guidance we will keep your gardens looking lush and healthy.
THIRD PARTY SUPERVISION
Need your exterminations, electric/gas checks, deliveriespool maintenance etc. Then we can arrange the date and be present for the duration of the visit.
MISCELLANEOUS
If you need a specific task handled let us know, we will work closely with you to make it happen.
